Orders

Yes, the maximum number of orders per product is 99. We would be pleased to assist you if your needs exceed 99 per product.

It is possible that product photos and actual products may differ if a brand suddenly renews a product. As the product is the same, only the packaging and wording differ, so refunds cannot be issued in this circumstance.

Our products typically have a shelf life of one (1) year or longer. In the event a product is out of stock or discontinued, we may ship a product with a shorter shelf life.

Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping to a number of countries. Please accept our apologies as we are not able to cover all worldwide locations. Feel free to contact us if you would like us to look into shipping to your location. If there are sufficient requests for your location, we will discuss with our logistics provider how to best accomplish it.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs and duty tax. If you require accurate information and an estimate of import taxes, you should contact your country's customs office. Shipping fees are based on freight charges and do not include import duties. Any customs duties, value-added taxes, and other incidental costs associated with customs clearance in the importing country are the responsibility of the customer.

K-Packet is a low-weight service offered by Korea Post under the Universal Postal Union. Additionally, we offer a faster and more efficient delivery service through FedEx, DHL, etc.

No, carriers are selected in accordance with your location and their availability. You can rest assured that we will select the option that is optimized for the quality of delivery.

Payment

Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the products to our South Korean warehouse. There is a possibility that the actual shipping fees will be higher than what the customer had paid at the beginning.

Please provide a photo of the shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box, and a photo of the entire product. The original waybills and boxes should not be thrown away as they may be needed upon return.

As long as the product itself is not damaged, the shipping box and packaging will not be treated as damaged.
